Required Skills:
- 3 Years Sales Experience

PROJECT DEVELOPER
Job Functions
o Prospecting to generate new leads to support business growth
o Conducting site visits to determine feasibility as well as build trust and a relationship with the prospect
o Building a proposal that meets the needs of the client
o Providing estimating and design assistance to ensure that the first proposal created is accurate and
meets client needs
o Delivering the proposal, addressing concerns and closing the sale
o Making the introduction between the client and the project manager to assure for a comfortable handoff
without miscommunications
o Post-construction follow up to determine client satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience
- Internally motivated - self starter
- Goal Driven
- Organized and works well as a multi-tasker
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Energy and/or solar experience is preferred, but not required
